Our Staging Consultation service begins with a comprehensive walk-through of your home—inside and out. From curb appeal to interior styling, we provide expert guidance to help your property make a lasting first impression.
This personalized consultation lasts up to two hours. We offer detailed recommendations on what items to keep, remove, or rearrange, as well as suggestions for cosmetic repairs, furniture placement, accessorizing, decluttering, and depersonalizing.
The goal is to leave clients with a clear, prioritized action plan that they can implement before listing—ensuring the home shows at its absolute best. During the visit, we’ll also assess whether supplemental furniture or accessory rentals may be beneficial to elevate the overall look and attract more buyers.
